Analista Pleno De Planejamento

Our Planning team is looking for a Mid-Level Planning Analyst (Analista Pleno de Planejamento) to manage and monitor the import flow of finished goods from Europe to our Specialized Nutrition (SN) factory located in Poços de Caldas, MG – Brazil. This professional will be responsible for ensuring alignment between the planning, logistics, customer service, and international supplier teams, aiming for high operational efficiency, strong service levels, and effective inventory control. Responsibilities: Update and maintain the MPS (Master Production Schedule) based on the production plans from European factories; Monitor the entire import process, ensuring deadlines, volumes, and logistics conditions are met as planned; Analyze the adherence of the production plan to demand, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions; Lead regular meetings with European factories to align on timelines, volumes, and improvement opportunities; Coordinate with other stakeholders, such as demand planning and foreign trade teams; Monitor KPIs such as customer service level, inventory levels, and finished goods availability; Periodically review inventory policies and propose necessary adjustments; Anticipate risks and develop action plans to mitigate them; Prepare management reports and presentations to communicate status and performance; Identify and implement continuous improvements in planning and import processes, aiming for greater efficiency and cost reduction. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields; Previous experience in the Supply Chain area; Proficiency in advanced Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP); Advanced English is essential due to interaction with international factories; Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
