Sustain & Continuous Improvement Lead

You will manage a team of material and supply planners in a category, ensuring that mid- to long-term production/material plans are in place for your assigned plants/lines in line with approved business plans. How you will contribute You will: Prepare short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally for review and approval Manage, coach, and develop a team Meet KPIs, including customer fill rate, inventory levels, and waste reduction Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials, and replenishment functions to achieve category goals Deliver performance against schedules and long-range plans using system tools Participate in supply review meetings and escalate issues as needed Support improvements to enhance customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, along with the following experience and knowledge: Supply chain, economic, financial, or logistics experience within FMCG/CPG environments Willingness to learn new systems and data analysis Experience in supply review and IBP cycle participation Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build effective teams Knowledge of supply planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Qualifications: Experience with o9 solutions, Kinaxis, or OMP Deep understanding of E2E planning, including demand, supply, warehousing, transportation, and manufacturing Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities through data analysis Proficiency in integrating reports across databases for business solutions Advanced English; intermediate Spanish skills Responsibilities Maintain adoption and performance of the planning tool and process Manage tool performance and resolve issues Train team on tool updates and upgrades Maintain master data parameters Support root cause analysis of tool issues Manage planning report maintenance and support reporting needs Lead or support projects for system enhancements and process improvements Note: No relocation support available.
