Job Description

The job involves administrative tasks and coordination related to front-line operations, including data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, dispatch activities, and local customer service. While operational tasks may be part of these roles, most of the time is spent on office-based activities. Lead or senior roles in these positions may include: Handling escalated or complex issues, Coordinating team activities or agency contract staff, Supporting supervisor or manager activities, Assisting in designing, reviewing, and implementing processes and procedures. General job responsibilities include: Receiving, releasing, and shipping cargo, Supporting the definition, review, implementation, and improvement of organizational processes, operational flows, and performance indicators, Issuing reports on warehouse loads and vendor driver activities, with daily accountability for operational routines, Supporting coordination of operational team activities (Handlers), Monitoring vendor driver activities, Handling pending issues and returns, Monitoring performance indicators and reporting to management and customers, including preparing materials and participating in meetings, Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications include: High school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in English, Valid driver’s license with a good driving record, At least one year of clerical experience, Skills required: Data entry and office skills, Good human relations, interpersonal, and communication skills, Clear speaking voice, Attention to detail and accuracy, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Planning and organizational skills, Problem-solving abilities, Basic understanding of monitoring and analyzing indicators and customer service, Dynamic and creative mindset.
