Junior Sales Analyst

Junior Sales Analyst Multinational company, with holding in Switzerland, located in Jaguariúna, is hiring: Main Activities Provide customer service via telephone, email, and WhatsApp. Assist customers during sales and after-sales processes. Monitor the fulfillment of budgets and orders within the negotiated deadlines. Register orders in the system for control and billing. Prepare reports for management's review and action. Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors. Requirements Experience with routines in the commercial/sales area. Knowledge of SAP ERP (Advantage). Technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Electrotechnics (desirable). Experience in Mechanical/Metallurgical Industries (desirable). Intermediate knowledge of Office Package. Easy access to Jaguariúna. Offer Permanent CLT contract. Working hours: Availability to work 100% in person from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
