The Impact You’ll Make in this Role We’re looking for a dynamic Accounts Receivable Leader to own and evolve our end-to-end customer issue resolution function across Australia and New Zealand—delivering seamless billing, dispute resolution, and credit processes that empower our mission to improve patient outcomes across healthcare, dental, and OEM sectors. ANZ Accounts Receivable Leader Why This Role is for High Performers Total Ownership: Lead the CIR process across ANZ—from billing to collections to dispute resolution—with full accountability for performance, strategy, and transformation. Impact at Scale: Influence customer experience for 2,000 clients while managing a cross-border team of local and offshore analysts Strategic Partnerships: Build senior relationships with key stakeholders (AP managers, procurement heads, business owners) across the health and dental industry. Transformation Leader: Deploy global process frameworks, upskill teams, and lead change initiatives that shape the future of customer operations KPI Mastery: Drive measurable results in Days Sales Outstanding, dispute resolution cycle times, and overdue payments. Reports to Asia Business Operations Manager (also based in Sydney) What You Bring Proven Leadership: You lead with clarity, empathy, and accountability—bringing out the best in diverse teams. Customer Obsession: You solve problems before they escalate, delivering a frictionless experience across the customer journey. Process Excellence: You see inefficiencies as opportunities and have a track record of improving operations using metrics, lean methods, or Six Sigma. Strategic Communication: You’re a confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams with credibility. Technical Agility: Experience with multiple ERP systems and tools like Salesforce? Even better. Qualifications 7 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain. Track record of leading and developing high-performance teams. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Six Sigma, Agile or Project Management certifications are a plus.
