Responsibilities : New customer contact : You will handle initial inquiries and assist customers with their first steps, passing on knowledge to the sales team for further support. Customer support : You will understand customer needs and coordinate between key accounts, sales management, and engineering departments. Administration : You will manage administrative tasks, process offers, and support sales managers in customer relations. Your profile : Qualifications : Completed school education with a general qualification for university entrance, along with commercial and organizational skills. Languages : Fluency in Italian and proficiency in German (minimum B1 level). Personality : Detail-oriented, proactive, friendly, and communicative to quickly integrate into the team. The minimum salary for this position is €42,800 gross annually, based on qualifications and experience, paid over 14 months with a guaranteed bonus.
