Application Specialist - Settore Biotecnologie, Latina S&you Italia Latina, Italy S&you, a global brand dedicated to Professional Staffing and Search & Selection for Middle Management and Executive roles, is seeking for a leading company operating in Research, Biotechnology, and Advanced Diagnostics sectors, based in Ariccia (Rome), a: - Proven experience in Laboratory work within Research or Diagnostics, specifically in: Hands-on experience with Next Generation Sequencing techniques, including knowledge of major sequencing technologies, manual operation of sequencers, library preparation, and data analysis skills. Preferably, experience in Molecular Biology techniques such as Nucleic Acid Extraction, Electrophoresis, PCR, qPCR will be considered an advantage. - Strong motivation and interest, with a keen inclination towards a scientific marketing role in a commercial context; - Willingness to travel frequently across Italy and abroad for over 50% of the time; - Excellent command of spoken and written English; - Stable residence in Rome or Province, preferably in South Zone/Castelli Romani; - Valid driving license; - Computer literacy, especially with Office suite and PDF editing software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat); - Immediate availability. Responsibilities The selected candidate, after a comprehensive technical-commercial training period at the headquarters and/or with foreign partner companies, will undertake: Technical and commercial support for product lines, both at headquarters and at customer laboratories nationwide; Technical and commercial interface with foreign partner companies; Training and technical support activities for the sales force, both at headquarters and on-site in respective zones and laboratories; Demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions at customer laboratories; Systematic reporting to various company functions and foreign partners regarding activities performed; Follow-up and monitoring of contacts and technical-commercial issues received from Customer Service; Constant updating of scientific and commercial support materials for product lines; Participation in logistics organization and scientific conferences throughout the year. Additional Information Employment is expected under the CCNL-Trade, with a classification to be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience. The position includes a company vehicle for full use and necessary communication and IT tools for the role.
