For more information, visit our homepage: www.jyxpackaging.com . About the Role We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England. Responsibilities Strengthen and improve the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to meet sales targets. Build strong and effective business relationships with the customer base. Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability. Work cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany. Report sales activities to the Vice President weekly and monthly. Required Skills Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the packaging industry (customers include cosmetics, fragrance, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics). Strong verbal and written communication skills in the domestic language and in English. Proficiency with MS Office software. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills. Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets. Excellent customer service and negotiation skills. Experience in the packaging industry.
