About the Role We are looking for Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England. Responsibilities Strengthening and improving the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets. Building strong and effective business relationships with the customer base. Managing sales and support processes to ensure company profitability. Working cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany. Reporting sales activities to the Vice President weekly and monthly. Required Skills Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the packaging industry (customers include cosmetics, fragrance, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics). Strong verbal and written communication skills in the domestic country and in English. Proficiency in MS Office software. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills. Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets. Excellent customer service and negotiation skills. Experience in the packaging industry.
