We value talent and passion, fostering professional growth. Job Purpose We are seeking a Retail and Merchandising Planner to join Prada Product Planning and Performance. The ideal candidate will be involved in budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities at the country and product category levels, working closely with Retail Merchandising. They will produce analyses and reports by market or product category (Leather Goods, Footwear, RTW), supporting stakeholders such as Retail Merchandising and Industrial Production to drive commercial and strategic decisions. Responsibilities Define sales budgets and forecasts by product category and country in collaboration with Finance and Retail Merchandising. Develop purchase budgets by product category and typology, working with Retail Merchandising during the buying process to ensure alignment between orders and budgets. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and stock levels across product categories. Establish sales forecasts to support re-orders of continuing items. Monitor marketing strategies and competitors' product positioning. Knowledge & Skills Academic background in Economics, Engineering, or similar fields. 2-3 years of experience in merchandising planning, demand planning, business analysis, or related areas. Analytical mindset with a passion for numbers. Skilled in data processing and consolidation. Fluent in English.
