You will play a key role in supporting the manager to ensure a seamless and efficient flow of goods and materials across the organization. From inventory management to transportation and warehouse coordination, you’ll help optimize logistics operations and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. What you’ll be doing Support the Order Management team in processing and tracking customer orders with accuracy and efficiency Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. Sales, Logistics, Warehouse) to guarantee timely and successful deliveries Assist in resolving order-related issues or discrepancies with a problem-solving mindset Ensure proper documentation and maintain detailed records of order transactions Contribute to process optimization projects aimed at improving operational performance and customer satisfaction What you need to succeed Student or neo graduate in Engineering or similar fields Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
