Job Description

As a Customer Care Specialist (M / F / d) , you handle service and maintenance contracts, as well as customer requests for repairs and interventions, coordinating with technicians and external partners. You provide administrative and commercial support to the sales team and serve as a key interface between customers, technical sales engineers, the service team, and other departments. Your actions directly impact division results, customer follow-up quality, and customer satisfaction. Tasks Inform and guide customers based on their requests (intervention requests, contract follow-up, repair requests, file tracking, technical information, etc.). Ensure after-sales service follow-up in microscopy and industry sectors. Conduct commercial assessments of customer requests, including: - Monitoring of contracts - Preparing maintenance or repair quotes - Collaborating with the repair center in the Czech Republic - Following up on quotes and interventions - Communicating and monitoring costs and deadlines Build commercial offers and follow up with the Commercial Delegate and external service providers working with customers. Process interventions and validate stakeholder invoices according to established quotes. Handle complaints and disputes. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in sales administration, after-sales service management, maintenance/contract/spare parts management, or intervention companies. Educational level: Bac 2 / 3. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Customer and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to analyze situations and act quickly. Knowledge of ERP and CRM software. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, due to the international nature of the role. Participation in regular training courses.
