Context: As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of business and functional requirements, including collection, definition, design, alignment, prioritization, and monitoring of development. You oversee software implementation practices, ensuring understanding and compliance with Trace One methodology, and ensure clarity of goals, scope, and product domain within project teams. Key Responsibilities : Lead workshops with customers to capture and document requirements effectively. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, and prototypes. Collaborate with PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints. Design solutions in partnership with the Enterprise Solution Architect via Business Blueprint documents. Refine and document detailed user requirements for development and QA teams. Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse. Validate products during development phases following project-specific methodologies. Support QA testing and develop user acceptance criteria. Assist in training for Services, Sales, and Marketing departments. Develop PLM solution expertise and support business case development for innovations. Assist Sales and Pre-Sales teams with RFIs and RFPs as needed. Coordinate with third-party entities like system integrators and consultants. Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. Ability to demonstrate software and communicate effectively at business and technical levels. Proactive leader capable of requirement gathering and facilitation. Quick learner of new products, systems, and technologies. Strong interpersonal skills for working with internal and external clients. Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Willingness to travel for requirements gathering and project needs. Experience in PLM software implementations, preferably in the food & beverage industry. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Education & Experience: 5 years experience in functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and UML diagrams, preferably in Food & Beverage. Knowledge of SDLC and software design/modeling tools. Expected to travel domestically and internationally. What can you expect from us? Encouragement to suggest ideas and solutions.
