Store Manager - New Opening Bolzano C.C. Role Overview The Store Manager plays a key role in leading the store. Ensures achievement of commercial objectives and consistent growth of KPIs; Manages costs and optimizes store profitability through the execution of sales strategies. Personnel Management Ensures optimal organization of staff within the store; Conducts staff recruitment in collaboration with the People department; Develops and motivates staff, promoting career progression within the group; Ensures quality customer service in accordance with procedures; Handles complaints effectively and professionally; Maintains the overall appearance of the store in collaboration with the merchandising team to enhance profitability; Communicates product launch guidelines to staff and ensures proper implementation. Logistics and Loss Prevention Manages merchandise inflow and outflow; Participates actively in loss prevention in collaboration with the profit protection manager; Ensures daily cash operations are managed properly. Qualifications and Experience Previous experience managing structured retail stores, preferably in dynamic and multinational environments; Good knowledge of English; Leadership qualities and strong interpersonal and communication skills; Proficiency in Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); Career progression history; Experience in a young, dynamic, and expanding international context.
