Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives responsible for selling service contracts. Territory will include: France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Prepare accurate monthly forecasts of orders and revenue. Work directly with the service and FAs teams to support their goals and drive incremental business. Leverage practical process improvement (PPI) to streamline processes. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs. Manage, develop, mentor, control, and empower the sales force to develop their skills to ensure high standards and meet sales targets. Assess staff performance and provide mentorship and guidance for efficiency. Ensure smooth information flow within support groups to facilitate operations. Develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition for the defined geography and accounts. Monitor customer preferences to focus sales efforts. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales. Prepare reports and presentations as needed. What We’re Looking For: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience in the Life Sciences sector is a plus. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, Italian, and/or Spanish is a bonus. Deep understanding of people management, sales strategies, and tactics. An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities. 3-5 years of experience leading and developing sales teams preferred. 5 years of sales experience. Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills, talent for relationship-building and customer engagement, passion for teamwork, and ability to handle projects collaboratively while delivering outstanding customer service.
