Responsabilità del lavoro We are looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to join our amazing team at Christian Dior Couture in our boutiques in Milan . As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the Ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and you can make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level. YOUR IMPACT Reporting To The Store Manager, The Senior Sales Assistant’s responsibilities include contributing to the brand’s sales growth, representing the brand values, and providing guidelines for outstanding customer service. Specifically, the Senior Sales Assistant can: Manage relationships with clients in the boutique, aiming to sell products and properly present the Brand Image, providing effective product and event information. Mentor new team members through training and coaching, collaborating with the boutique management team to ensure proper Dior induction. Build customer loyalty through CRM activities, follow-up, organizing events, and proposing new ideas. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment by offering top-tier service in person, over the phone, and via digital communication. Partner with the team to resolve client issues effectively, benefiting both the business and the client. Profilo Requirements WHAT YOU CAN BRING Preferred experience of 5-10 years in fashion and luxury boutiques. Knowledge of products and sales techniques. University or fashion school degree. Fluent English (C1-C2) mandatory; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in Office 360 and basic digital software skills. Soft & Interpersonal Skills Ambition to grow in luxury retail and embrace new challenges. Positive, kind attitude and team spirit. Flexibility, commitment, and willingness to learn. Strong drive for results with passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison. Objective-oriented with good time management in a fast-paced environment.
