Business Manager South Europe

MacDermid Alpha Circuitry Solutions, as a global supplier of chemical formulations to the electronics industry, designs and manufactures proprietary liquid chemical products and processes used by our customers to produce printed circuit boards and electronic components. Our product portfolio focuses on specialized consumable chemical processes such as surface treatments, circuit formation, primary metallization, electroplating, and final finishes. Job Purpose To lead business development throughout Italy, Turkey, and the Baltic region. Responsibilities Maintain existing business with current customers and develop new commercial opportunities in collaboration with the Commercial / Technical South Europe Circuitry Solutions Team; visit customers directly. Provide periodic reports to VP EMEA on commercial and technical activities within the territory. Define and implement commercial strategies for the territory. Develop annual budgets and review quarterly and monthly forecasts. Maintain Gross Margin in line with requirements and evaluate the price list review. Conduct financial P&L analysis. Manage the South Europe Circuitry Solutions Team. Requirements & Qualifications Ability to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional customer service. High accuracy and attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Develop effective relationships with customers and team members. Self-motivated and independent to achieve goals. Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet goals. Proficient in analyzing problems and developing solutions. Skills Fluent in Italian and English. Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience in a similar sector. Proven team leadership and development skills. Bachelor's degree in chemistry or business preferred.
