Responsibilities: Review Requests For Proposal information to ensure adequate details are received for project costing and liaise with operational and sales teams as needed. Support the Sales team during client teleconferences to ensure understanding and accurate estimation of technical project aspects. Seek assistance from senior proposals team members when necessary. Build cost estimates using the current costing tool. Draft and complete bid proposals using templates with moderate review from the supervisor. Receive mentorship from senior team members regarding pricing strategies for opportunities. Manage the Executive Inbound and Outbound Opportunity Review teleconferences for assigned opportunities. Obtain internal approvals before sending final proposals to the Sales team. Update and manage quote records in SalesForce.com. Contribute to continuous improvements in the proposals process. Keys to Success: Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business is strongly preferred or equivalent professional experience. Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience. Experience in pharmaceutical services is helpful but not mandatory. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Proficient in English and Italian. High proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Experience in writing client-facing documents in MS Word. Proficiency with Salesforce.com (preferred but not mandatory).
