Job Description
BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). The BSP campus hosts 2 segregated facilities to serve clients with development from pre-clinical GLP to cGMP manufacturing for clinical and commercial supply of Cytotoxic and High Potent Oncology drugs and Non-Cytotoxic, innovative compounds for Immunotherapy and other therapeutics applications. Facilities are designed to handle small and large molecules such as ADCs (conjugation and fill finish), Peptides, Proteins, Oligonucleotides, and Nano Medicines. BSP is technologically advanced to meet the needs of innovators, with a High Containment Facility offering a full range of integrated services supporting the entire product lifecycle, from formulation and process development/optimization to scale-up/scale-down studies. Posizione: Plan the supply of materials/components needed to meet production requirements and maintain minimum safety stock levels; Develop, implement, and evaluate processes for the delivery of materials from suppliers to destination; Assess material requirements based on the production plan; Manage orders and monitor deliveries; Create periodic reports and analyses to track delivery status; Manage risks to minimize impacts on the production schedule; Address shortages of materials affecting production; Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas for enhancement; Utilize an MRP system (SAP) for procurement planning; Assist Engineering, Production, and Technology Transfer departments with BOM reviews and verification of material availability; Monitor inventory levels according to targets; Minimize material obsolescence; Plan batch releases of incoming materials aligned with the production schedule. Requisiti: Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or equivalent; At least 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management and supplier relations; Excellent command of English; Knowledge of IT systems and Office applications, including SAP, TrackWise, etc.; Proficiency with MRP or similar systems; Strong communication and negotiation skills, team-oriented attitude; Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
