Job Description
Role Overview As HR Business Partner, you will act as a key strategic partner to the Off-White™ team, supporting employees through the entire employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with teams across departments — from design and merchandising to staff functions — helping to align talent strategies with business objectives in a fast-paced, creative environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with managers to understand business goals and design HR strategies that support performance, engagement, and growth. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from defining role requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Collaborate on initiatives to strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and internal communication. Deal with employee relations, ensuring a fair, inclusive, and legally compliant work environment. Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. Support career development plans. Liaise with HR Administration, Legal, and Finance teams on employment-related matters. Contribute to HR projects and help establish corporate policies for the Italian market. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 4 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role, preferably in the fashion, retail, or creative industries. Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust across levels. Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). Proactive, collaborative, and culturally sensitive mindset.
