Responsibilities Manage the store ensuring commercial success, achieving sales targets and KPIs set by management; Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; Organize work shifts; Oversee operational activities systematically and efficiently according to company policies; Monitor KPIs to assess store performance and meet quantitative and qualitative objectives; Collaborate closely with Retail, Visual Merchandising, and HR departments.
