Design Your Future at PVH Deputy Manager Store Operations Be part of an iconic story Reporting to the District Manager, the Deputy Manager Customer Experience & Sales ensures store performance and optimal client experience by managing and supporting the sales team through training, coaching, and feedback. The Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the selling process to create a welcoming environment for customers. Set daily customer service goals to enhance the overall experience. Train and coach the team on standards including customer service, product placement, and time management. Assist in goal setting and verification to align team objectives. Support recruitment and onboarding processes. Provide continuous feedback for professional development and performance management. Conduct regular briefings and training sessions on products, CRM, and company updates. Oversee CRM activities to meet retention, upgrading, and prospect conversion targets. Collaborate with other teams for effective duty allocation and seamless store operation. Monitor KPIs and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement. Recommend actions based on sales performance analysis. The Ideal Candidate University Degree in Economics or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a structured environment. Strong business acumen. Ability to see the big picture. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
