Job Description
Join to apply for the Interim HR Administration Manager role at LHH . For an industrial multinational company, we are seeking a Temporary HR Administrator. Responsibilities Reporting to the HR Country Leader, the Temporary HR Administrator will manage HR Admin & Reporting processes for all Italian plants, including multiple legal entities. The role involves providing local partnership and advice to local managers and employees on Payroll, Time & Attendance, Data Management, and Employee Lifecycle documentation, working closely with the HR team. The position is based in Vignate, with travel to other Italian sites required. General Responsibilities Manage attendance and absence data, ensuring accuracy and proper transfer to payroll. Serve as the first contact for internal customers, enhancing HR tools and onboarding experiences. Prepare personnel reports and statistics. Monitor project initiatives and coordinate with involved parties. Support the adoption of HR solutions and ensure governance of HR systems. Supervise personnel administration with external consultants. Produce and monitor KPI reports monthly. Maintain personnel data in SuccessFactors. Assist with annual compensation reviews. Ensure compliance of employment contracts and employee documentation. Workplace: Vignate, with travel to other northern Italy sites. Your Profile Education Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law, or equivalent experience. Experience 3 to 8 years of progressive HR admin experience. Knowledge of Italian laws and collective bargaining agreements. Preferred experience in manufacturing environments. Experience working across multiple legal entities and union agreements. Experience in training and deploying HR tools. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Fluent in English. Strong communication skills. Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
