Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Supervisor, as an experienced sales associate, provides support to the Management Team, helping to improve customer service levels and maintain company standards. MANSIONI Vendita/Competenze Commerciali: Handles activities related to store opening and closing: merchandise arrangement, briefing the team, displaying new items in the sales area, etc. Periodically checks profitability through KPI monitoring. Participates in sales activities and ensures excellent customer service. Handles customer complaints efficiently and courteously. Visual Merchandising: Ensures the overall presentation of the store in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team, respecting company standards, stock rotation, product density, highlighting new products, price changes, etc. Logistics/Prevention of Losses/Cash Handling/Safety and Security: Holds the keys to the store and is fully responsible for managing merchandise and personnel entry and exit. Actively participates in loss prevention and control, collaborating with the profit protection manager through zoning, delivery checks, regular and extraordinary audits/inventory. Performs cash register opening and closing, ensuring daily management of the cash register for monthly administrative closure. Supervises cash handling, manages returns and refunds. Helps maintain a healthy and clean environment, including cleaning common areas and sales/warehouse areas as needed for safety and health. REQUISITI Previous experience in structured retail stores, preferably in dynamic and multinational environments. Good knowledge of English. Leadership and strong relational and communication skills. Knowledge of Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
