The Service Operation Specialist interacts with customers in Spain and Portugal via phone or email to identify needs and determine appropriate actions or escalate for further review. This position reports to the Service Delivery Team Leader and is based in Milan (Buccinasco), requiring on-site presence. KEY RELATIONSHIPS a) Internal Reports directly to Service Delivery Team Leader SOUTH (Iberia, Italy & France). Collaborates with Management, EMEA Service Delivery, Regional Service Teams, Service Managers, and other departments as needed. b) External Customers, Key Accounts, Dealers, OEMs In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Serve as the single point of contact for customer requests related to aftermarket activities. Order spare parts and monitor delivery. Process customer orders for Service Contracts. Create Maintenance plans and communicate with customers. Process work orders and invoicing. Handle spare part returns and maintain inventory. Process credit resolutions. Work with the Service team to ensure timely transactions. Book collections with logistics providers. Identify improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement projects. Essential job requirements include: Enjoy customer relations. Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems. High-level education or equivalent work experience. Fluent in French, English, and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. Preferred experience: 2 years in a similar role.
