Job Description
Job Opportunity: HR Administration Specialist Pietro Fiorentini S.p.A. is seeking an HR Administration Specialist to join their team at the Arcugnano (VI) headquarters. The selected candidate will initially be hired on a temporary basis and will be responsible for comprehensive personnel administration, focusing on improving the quality of service provided to internal clients and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire payroll cycle (attendance sheets, event checks, monthly salary variations, post-pay activities), addressing employee requests. Handle employment contracts (hiring, renewals, terminations) and related records. Oversee administrative deadlines (PT, TD, maternity, leaves, residence permits, etc.) and health surveillance (occupational medicine). Manage onboarding activities and serve as a point of contact for employees. Support legal clarifications to ensure correct application of current regulations and applicable collective labor agreements (CCNL). Improve and streamline administrative processes. Requirements: Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor's degree in Legal Sciences / Labour Consultant. At least 2-3 years of experience in personnel administration, preferably in manufacturing companies. Excellent knowledge of Zucchetti software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Knowledge of the Metalworking Industry CCNL is a plus. Discretion, accuracy, reliability, result-oriented mindset, and teamwork skills. Willingness to travel nationally and flexible working hours.
