Position Overview: Sparing with the HR business to optimize and harmonize processes by analyzing, describing and validating business requirements, including modelling processes and information Identifying and analyzing bugs in the systems, determining root cause and take necessary actions, addressing other teams if necessary Perform data analyses to improve operational efficiency (ensure data quality) Formulating and validating user stories and defining acceptance criteria based on business requirements Validate technical specifications regarding the optimal IT solutions Drawing up test scenarios and supporting the test and acceptance processes Preparing and conducting workshops and training with the business Advising the product owner and product stakeholders to plan and prioritize the further development and maintenance of the product What you'll do: Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is a MUST with at least Employee Central and 2 other modules (not Learning) Minimum 3 years of experience in Business analyst related to HR activities- is a MUST An excellent knowledge of English and Dutch and/or French Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus Analytical mindset, challenger and team player Strong communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders effectively Experience with process design User experience in Sparx Enterprise Architecture is a plus What you bring: Work regime: fulltime Location: Brussels, with occasionally travel to Berlin Important: if the consultant will work in Belgium, for non-EU candidates, please present candidates who comply with the following criteria: Possess a work permit allowing the individual to work in Belgium.
