HSE Safety Support

HSE Safety Support Contracting – Walloon Brabant Prevention & Worker Engagement Draft proposals and provide feedback on the PSol Health & Safety (H&S) management system Support employees in reporting hazardous situations, incidents, or accidents Risk Assessment & Compliance Assist risk assessors in conducting risk assessments upon request Consolidate and maintain the risk assessment inventory for R&D buildings Coordinate with HSE Belgium on the planning and revision of risk assessments Ensure administrative follow-up for risk assessment deployment and associated action plans Training, Communication & Documentation Participate in regular safety meetings with safety relays and BE Ops Update safety training plans based on risk assessment outcomes by role, function, or workstation Maintain and organize safety documentation on the PSol shared drive Provide guidance for clear and compliant H&S signage in work areas Change Management Maintain an up-to-date database for reception and commissioning reports as part of the “3 green lights” procedure Emergency Preparedness Take part in emergency drills and manage administrative follow-up for related action plans Control & Surveillance Participate in safety walkthroughs and inspections upon request Maintain a consolidated view of action plans and their administrative follow-up Collect and structure safety data for KPI reporting in line with the H&S management system Correction & Continuous Improvement Ensure administrative tracking of actions from incident/accident root cause analyses Conduct internal audits of the PSol H&S management system Share safety best practices across the safety relay and operations community Knowledge of lab activities, including materials, equipment, and procedures Understanding of ISO 45001 and general safety prevention principles (minimum Level 3) Interest in digital tools and reporting systems Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) Strong analytical mindset Highly structured and systemic in approach Jefferson Wells offers you a permanent contract as consultant with an attractive salary package and will give you access to trainings in technical matters and soft skills.
