Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: Lead and supervise commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. Manage, mentor, and train apprentices on-site. Read and interpret construction drawings, submittals, and specifications. Coordinate and schedule project activities to ensure timely completion. Maintain clear communication with superintendents, project managers, and fellow trades. Perform hands-on plumbing work daily using appropriate tools and equipment. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and jobsite safety protocols. Conduct quality control inspections and maintain high workmanship standards. Coordinate site logistics, including tools, materials, and equipment. Represent Flow Mechanical Services LLP professionally at all times. Perform other duties as assigned to support company and project goals. Qualifications: Minimum 4-6 years of commercial plumbing experience required. Journeyman Plumbing License preferred, but not required (support available to obtain). Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Ability to work independently and maintain project schedules. Strong knowledge of plumbing tools, equipment, and installation techniques. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and submittals. Capable of supervising and developing apprentices. Ability to pass a background check. Willingness to work early shifts (starting as early as 4:00 AM for tie-ins), occasional nights, and Saturdays with advance notice.
