Project Coordinator

JOB – Project Coordinator LOCATION – Southampton TERM- Permanent SALARY - £30,000-£40,000, dependent on experience My client designs and manufactures specialist solutions for Engineering. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team in the Southampton area on a permanent basis. The Project Coordinator will ideally have the following attributes: Experience working in a similar role for a distributor / manufacturer Experience with quotations, tenders, and proposals would be beneficial Technical knowledge in Engineering, or experience working on Engineering projects Ideally be experienced working with CRM or ERP packages Excellent customer service skills Highly organised Able to work to specific requirements and deadlines Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills The Project Coordinator role will involve: Managing accounts with clients Preparing tenders, creating proposals and quotations Working to project specifications and deadlines Documenting activities and analytics to set standards Participating in technical training Working to budgets and timescales Investigating new solutions and areas within which the company can expand Being involved in different manufacturing processes Ensuring projects are delivered correctly and efficiently If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible.
