National Account Manager – High-Growth Femcare Brand Location: Hybrid (Welwyn Garden City 3-4 days in the office per month) Salary: £50–60k up to 10% bonus At MKJ Ignite , we work with brands who are changing the game—and this one is leading the charge in sustainable femcare. They’re already the 1 period pant brand in the UK, and with big growth plans across categories, they’re just getting started. Mission-led, B Corp certified, and seriously ambitious. We’re now looking for a National Account Manager to join their tight-knit commercial team. This is a chance to own key retail accounts, shape future growth, and put your stamp on one of the most exciting brands in the space. What you’ll be doing: Leading day-to-day management of top UK retail accounts (Tesco, Boots and more) Delivering against commercial targets through strong JBPs and negotiation Building and nurturing customer relationships so the brand is seen as a trusted, go-to partner Identifying and delivering new business wins and growth across categories Working cross-functionally to align marketing and supply on execution and planning Owning reporting, forecasting, and performance visibility for your accounts Staying ahead of trends, analysing data, and using insights to shape the retail strategy What we’re looking for: 5 years’ experience in FMCG account management, ideally in UK retail Strong commercial mindset with proven JBP, P&L and contract negotiation experience Confident managing grocery or high-street accounts independently Sharp on data and insights with a curious, strategic brain Brilliant communicator with a hands-on, collaborative approach Passion for sustainability, purpose-led brands and shaking up the norm ✨ What’s in it for you: £50–60k up to 10% bonus Health insurance discounted/free product Hybrid working with flexibility (just 3–4 days a month in-office) Now: Apply today with your CV which will be reviewed by our MKJ Ignite team.
