FUJIFILM Healthcare UK is looking for a Digital Service Engineer t o ensure the smooth and continued operation of new and existing products and equipment, through repair of emergency breakdowns and routine service maintenance duties. To install new equipment and systems. To Install and demonstrate equipment as required in support of the sales team Candidate Location: Lincoln/Lincolnshire What you'll do: Repair a range of Fujifilm Healthcare UK supplied equipment including x-ray (CR and DR) and mammography equipment. Ensuring that priorities and timescales are adhered to. Routine Maintenance- carry out maintenance in line with service contract requirements on DR X-ray and mammography equipment. Maintain a car stock of spare parts, ensuring inventory records are fully maintained. Carry out equipment upgrades during routine maintenance or as instructed. Install and demonstrate equipment in support of the Sales and Applications teams. Attending kick off meeting or pre install site visits to ensure the project has correct resources in place. Keeping the project team and wider business up to date, providing daily reports outlining progress and potential issues Respond to technical requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner, ensuring customer service levels are met. Work with other members of the service team in Fujifilm Healthcare UK to resolve customer service related problems. Take ownership of site/ system issues to develop a plan to resolve with the aid of technical management Be prepared to undertake training responsibilities deemed appropriate to your knowledge and skill both before installation and after installation has been completed to ensure the customer is capable of operating equipment to agreed levels. What you'll need: Electrical and Electronic Engineering qualification up to BTEC HNC Level 4 or equivalent Experience working in a field-based engineering role, within healthcare industry preferable but not essential Adaptable, flexible and motivated to learn new tasks and processes quickly Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills, giving high priority to customer satisfaction Good organisational skills Excellent communication skills Pro-active mind set and can do attitude Full UK driving licence.
