Commercial Property Solicitor

We are currently partnering with a Local Authority based in Surrey, who are recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their accomplished team on a temporary basis. This is a full-time position of 35 hours a week, the rate of pay will be negotiable based upon experience, start date is subject to notice. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing the transfer of land from District to Parish or Community Group level Handling over 50 active property files, including complex title reports and intricate land law issues Providing support for standard local government legal work during quieter project periods Assisting with overflow housing litigation on an ad-hoc basis Experience required: Experience required in a Local Government Setting Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant property law experience Proficient in handling large caseloads and working with minimal supervision Experience with legal case management systems Rewards and Benefits: Onsite presence three days per week Compressed hours available Working hours: 35 hours per week Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
