What you’ll be doing: Leading end-to-end development of innovative beverage products across a variety of formats and categories. Working closely with retail and brand customers , understanding their vision and translating it into commercially viable drinks. Tracking emerging trends in the drinks sector , and using them to inspire new product ideas. Managing product trials, tastings, and reformulations to ensure exceptional taste, stability, and compliance . Delivering compelling presentations and samples to both internal stakeholders and external customers. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in beverage NPD or liquid formulation within food & drink manufacturing. Strong technical knowledge across ingredients, processing, and packaging for drinks.
