About the Job We are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at AHLEM. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving brand visibility and retail performance. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creativity and execution, and brings strategic thinking to every project. Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Develop and execute seasonal trade marketing calendars across wholesale and retail channels. Plan and implement in-store activations, visual merchandising tools, and trunk show support materials. Coordinate production and distribution of marketing assets for partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Partner with Sales, Retail, and Creative teams to deliver compelling product launches and retail moments. Track performance of initiatives and provide post-activation reporting and strategic insights. Job Requirements 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand activation, or retail marketing—preferably in the luxury or fashion space. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent visual and written communication skills; an eye for premium presentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Knowledge of wholesale and retail dynamics in a global/luxury market is preferred.
