What You’ll Be Doing Lead a multidisciplinary DevOps team delivering managed services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Own the customer relationship—ensuring satisfaction, service quality, and continuous improvement. Manage incident escalations, service KPIs, and financial contracts (SLAs). Facilitate agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews. Coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and performance. Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and drive value for enterprise clients. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in service delivery or customer success within enterprise IT or SaaS. Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (5 years). Experience managing hybrid transitions from project delivery to managed services. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Based in the Netherlands and eligible to work without sponsorship. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in customer service or success management. A degree in business, IT, or a related field. Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and agile delivery. Why This Role?
