Event Management Intern

CrowdLED is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Manager Intern to join our production team. If you're passionate about live experiences, love working behind the scenes, and thrive on bringing order to the chaos of events, this role is your backstage pass. As an Event Manager Intern, you'll help bring light shows to life across the globe from kickoff to post-event wrap-ups; supporting logistics, planning, and production workflows. Term of Employment: Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: September Internship with a monthly allowance Work Location: Utrecht, Netherlands. On-site Languages Required: English Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating logistics for upcoming events, including packing, shipping, and inventory Support the production team in event planning, scheduling, and execution Communicate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met Prepare and update event briefs and run sheets Participate in post-event evaluations and help implement improvements Maintain accurate event documentation and help keep production tools organized Occasionally join the team on-site at events Requirements: Currently studying Event Management, Hospitality, Production, or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A hands-on mentality and willingness to roll up your sleeves Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Trello, or Monday.com Interest in music, live events, or tech is a big plus Flexible, calm under pressure, and a natural team player What We Offer: 500 Euros of Internship allowance A behind-the-scenes look into international event production Real responsibility and ownership of tasks Opportunities to join events and learn from experienced producers Supportive, energetic team that thrives on creativity and collaboration Fun work culture: Friday drinks, spontaneous brainstorms, and LED gadgets galore About CrowdLED: CrowdLED is at the forefront of event technology, specializing in creating unforgettable experiences through interactive light shows.
