To you, everything can be translated into a form of art and it makes you cringe when something is not made aesthetically. Here at o9, you will create all the visual designs for every outlet. From web to apps, to billboard: the sky's the limit. Additionally, you have the great opportunity to leave your personal mark on the company's identity. What you’ll do for us Support the design team in maintaining visual consistency across all assets and materials. Assist in creating social media graphics, internal visuals, merch mockups, and print-ready files. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and translate ideas into initial visual concepts. Help design and visualize merchandise items (like apparel, office swag, gifts) in line with o9's brand. Organize and prepare design files for production — both digital and print. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers by preparing files, reviewing samples, and assisting with approvals. Work closely with team leads to ensure visual materials align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Support the coordination and production of merchandise and print around the globe Assist in aligning the global merchandising efforts — from Dallas to Tokyo Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm employee merch and gift ideas. Help research potential vendors and materials that are sustainable, cost-effective, and high quality. Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory, orders, and logistics for our merchandising. Contribute to the preparation of global events by helping with promo material coordination and venue-related tasks. Support designers in final production stages by checking files and preparing deliverables for suppliers. What you’ll have Experience: 6-8 months of relevant experience Your designs are powerful and consistent. A vision of communication channels and branding. Whether is graphic, motion, branding or digital design: you are curious to learn and improve all your skills Education: Studies in Art or Design (or related field) Location: Applicants must be based in the Netherlands and currently enrolled at a Dutch university. Skills : Love for art and an eye for creativity. You know the creative suite by heart Characteristics : Be a good communicator: you will pitch your concept to the Design Lab but also to the rest of the company. Be a team player: we have a flat organization and titles are less important. We help each other wherever needed.
