Regional Sales Manager

Location: Poland or other CEE region Do you have experience expanding business in emerging European markets and a passion for innovative retail technology? This is your chance to join Hanshow and lead growth in Central and Eastern Europe! Key Responsibilities: Drive sales activities across CEE markets including Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, and others. Build long-term partnerships with retail clients and distributors in the region. Work with local stakeholders to identify and close new business opportunities. Lead contract negotiations and coordinate internal resources to deliver customer solutions. Represent Hanshow at regional events and contribute to market development strategies. Report on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or related disciplines. 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in CEE markets. Proven ability to work in a multicultural and remote setting with frequent travel. Excellent interpersonal, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English and German is required; knowledge of other CEE language is a strong advantage.
