Position Overview We are hiring a Business Controller to support the financial control of one of our most strategic clients: a leading Brazilian retail chain. This professional will ensure accuracy and compliance across all financial flows related to the account, including invoice reconciliation, payment tracking, and investment and rebate control. The role does not involve executing payments, but rather controlling, validating, and monitoring all financial agreements between OPPO and the client, acting as a bridge between the commercial and finance teams. Responsibilities Reconcile all invoices issued to the client and ensure alignment with agreed payment terms. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on payments according to contractual deadlines. Maintain detailed control of all client-related investments, such as: In-store marketing actions E-commerce campaigns Promotional rebates Price adjustment rebates Pricing repositioning incentives Maintain frequent communication with the retailer finance team and OPPO’s internal finance department . Generate periodic reports to support commercial and financial management. Ensure all transactions comply with negotiated terms, minimizing risks and financial discrepancies. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Advanced English (especially for reading and writing financial documents and emails). Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial formulas, and data management). Proven experience managing financial controls for large accounts , preferably in technology, electronics, or telecom industries. Existing relationships with the retailer finance team will be a strong plus. Strong logical and analytical thinking , with attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , capable of bridging finance and commercial teams. Highly organized, proactive, and responsible professional profile. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of financial processes of large Brazilian retailers (rebates, billing, payments). Experience managing commercial rebates and promotional investment controls . Basic knowledge of tax concepts (e.g., ICMS, PIS/COFINS, invoicing). Note: Please send your CV in English.
