What You'll Do: Maintain and analyse standard costs and update cost records regularly Monitor and report on production costs, variances, and margins Conduct cost analysis and support budget processes Reconcile inventory records and manage costing of raw materials and finished goods Assist with monthly management reports and financial planning Collaborate with operational teams to provide cost insights that support decision-making Ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial procedures What We're Looking For: National Diploma or BCom in Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting, or similar 24 years experience in a cost accounting role (manufacturing/production environment preferred) Strong Excel skills; ERP experience beneficial (Syspro, SAP, or similar) Hands-on, analytical, and solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments Why Join Us?
