Warehouse Layout Specialist

Were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Layout Specialist to support warehouse optimization projects across South Africa. This is an opportunity suited to someone with a strong background in operations, project coordination, and warehouse efficiency. What youll do: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new warehouse layouts that align with strategic goals. Translate complex business requirements into practical, efficient warehouse floor plans. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Liaise with external vendors for signage, materials, and any structural changes. Support local teams during the transition, minimizing disruption to operations. What youll need: Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain environments. Familiarity with layout design, warehouse optimization, or 5S methodology. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. A keen eye for detail and the ability to drive continuous improvement. Willingness to travel within South Africa as needed.
