Role Overview: Head of Strategic Operations Location: LLMG Flagship, Singapore Reports To: General Manager Direct Reports: Learning & Development Manager, Program Lead, Customer Service Manager Works Closely With: Head of Sales & Membership, Head of Operations, Medical and Allied Health Teams, Fitness and Wellness Manager, Executive Chef and F&B, CMO and Marketing/Community, Finance, IT, Compliance The Head of Strategic Operations is the General Manager’s strategic partner, serving as an integrator across the organisation to ensure rhythm, cohesion, and high performance. This role does not oversee day-to-day frontline operations but focuses on strategic execution, cross-functional alignment, and culture stewardship. As a core member of the leadership team, you will drive clarity and consistency across LLMG’s business pillars. You will enhance member value, embed our cultural DNA, and ensure seamless collaboration across all departments. Key Responsibilities Strategic Execution and Organisational Rhythm Act as the right-hand to the General Manager to drive prioritisation, execution, and follow-through on key initiatives Translate strategic goals into operational plans and ensure accountability to KPIs, OKRs, and timelines Identify misalignments or friction points across departments and proactively close performance gaps Business Building and Member Value Creation Co-create membership, experience, and service strategies with the GM and Sales leads to drive revenue, engagement, and loyalty Support planning and execution of launches, activations, and cross-functional readiness Ensure feedback systems and service touchpoints continuously evolve to meet member needs and uphold our CITE promises Culture Stewardship and People Leadership Embed LLMG’s values into team rituals, communications, onboarding, and leadership development Oversee the Learning and Development function and drive structured growth pathways across departments Partner with service and program leads to align team capability with elevated customer experience expectations Cross-Functional Coordination Facilitate cohesion between business, clinical, hospitality, and wellness functions Ensure the end-to-end customer journey across diagnostics, movement, nourishment, and restoration is intuitive, connected, and transformative Communication and Decision Support Shape and deliver internal communications for the GM and broader leadership, including town halls, leadership decks, and insights briefs Lead special projects and strategic workstreams as a thought partner to the GM across business priorities Requirements 7 to 10 years of experience in strategic operations, chief of staff, or leadership roles in wellness, hospitality, healthcare, or high-growth consumer sectors Demonstrated ability to connect vision to execution and deliver results across matrixed environments Proven leadership in building high-performance teams, cross-functional rhythm, and cultural alignment Strong commercial and customer experience acumen Excellent communicator, collaborator, and strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence Deep alignment with LLMG’s mission and values Nice to Have Experience working in launch or pre-opening environments Background in human-centred design or organisational development Passion for longevity, wellness innovation, or integrative health Why Join Us This is a career-defining opportunity to shape the future of longevity medicine while working alongside world-class clinicians and technologists.
