2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants As the Supply Chain Headin the Asia Pacific region, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing the entire supply chain operations across the AsiaPacific region. Ensure the stable supply of raw materials, efficient logistics distribution, and the maximization of costeffectiveness. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to drive the implementation of supply chain strategies to support the company's continuous growth and business expansion in the AsiaPacific region. Responsibilities Supply Chain Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the Asia Pacific supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. Forecast market trends and plan the longterm development direction of the supply chain. Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with major suppliers. Conduct supplier evaluation, selection, and negotiation to ensure the quality, supply stability, and cost competitiveness of raw materials. Logistics and Distribution Management: Optimize the logistics network, manage warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes. Improve logistics efficiency, reduce logistics costs, and ensure ontime product delivery. Inventory Management: Develop inventory strategies, monitor inventory levels, balance inventory costs with customer service levels, and reduce the risk of inventory overstock and stockouts. Risk Management: Identify and assess supply chain risks, develop response strategies, and ensure the resilience and continuity of the supply chain in the face of various challenges. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and manage the supply chain team, provide guidance and training, motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals, and enhance the overall capabilities of the team. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with departments such as procurement, production, sales, and finance to ensure the smooth connection and coordinated operation of the supply chain with the company's overall business processes. Qualifications Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to supply chain management, logistics, business administration, etc. Work Experience: Have more than 10 years of supply chain management experience, with at least 5 years of work experience in the AsiaPacific region in the retail industry / Chain store form. Skill Requirements: Possess excellent strategic planning, organizational coordination, and decisionmaking abilities. Be familiar with all aspects of supply chain management and master advanced supply chain management tools and methods. Language Ability: Fluent in both Chinese and English , enabling effective communication and cooperation in a crosscultural environment.
