What you’ll do: Join the team of “Sportsbook Platform” and work specifically on sports betting product reporting, directly reporting to the Sportsbook Platform Manager. Participate in the maintenance and evolution of Flutter SEA's betting platform according to market rules and strategic business goals. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze needs for continuous improvement of betting management tools and applications. Support the Sportsbook team on technical issues with ICT and external suppliers. Align on projects and activities, cooperating with other teams and corporate functions. What you’ll bring: Proven experience in analyzing complex processes and requirements gathering (preferably in structured environments such as consultancy firms, communication agencies, entertainment industry companies, or end-user organizations). A degree in business, technology, or a related field. Good knowledge of requirements documentation tools and service management tools, such as “Service Now”, “JIRA”, and the “Office” suite. Ability to work collaboratively in a team to achieve shared goals while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
