Location: Emilia Romagna, Italy Unigrà Spa is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for the Refinery at its facility. The person, leading a well-established team of professionals across two day shifts, will be responsible for managing complex oil treatment and refining plants, including: Managing corrective, routine, and extraordinary maintenance plans; Coordinating maintenance personnel in agreement with the production management; Proactively participating in improving plant efficiency and safety; Managing spare parts orders and the internal warehouse; Collaborating closely with the Technical Management for technological implementations; Liaising with external workshops and suppliers; Performing field operations as required. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification and has extensive experience in technical and managerial roles within structured and technologically complex environments.
