Key Responsibilities : Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers beyond their needs, demonstrating extensive knowledge of the products, and understanding Etro's history and heritage Assist customers with Etro's selling procedures Engage with clients and advise on current trends in the fashion industry and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products Contribute to achieving store goals and enhancing business growth Develop and strengthen customer relationships through CRM strategies Foster good team dynamics through effective communication Assist in managing visual displays according to Etro's visual guidelines Support product replenishment and inventory management Maintain grooming standards in line with Etro policies Key Requirements : Deep passion for fashion and luxury Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies Ability to drive results and possess strong commercial awareness and customer service skills Ability to adapt to different customers Team-oriented attitude Ability to work in a dynamic environment Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus J-18808-Ljbffr
