Client Advisor - Noventa di Piave (Maternity cover)

We are looking for a part-time Client Advisor for Noventa Outlet (maternity cover). The Client Advisor represents the Company with clients in our Boutique. He/She is a professional in the sales of luxury goods and is responsible for the satisfaction and loyalty of every customer. He/She cooperates to reach the qualitative and quantitative goals set in their Store. Job Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction. Maintain alignment with the style and Brand standards throughout the sales and after-sales process. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive environment and focus on performance. Display products according to procedures. Keep the workspace tidy following company guidelines. Follow company standards during the sales process. Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Client Management & CRM Provide efficient and caring after-sales service to promote brand loyalty. Handle claims with supervisor support. Turn every customer interaction into a positive experience, promoting brand image. Communicate client information to management. Follow up on client requests. Product & Visual Participate in product presentations. Have in-depth knowledge of all products in their category and stay updated on all store categories. Ensure proper care of the store environment. Profile Experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique. Alignment with Loro Piana brand and products. Strong luxury approach and customer service skills.
