MISSIONS As a Site Manager within AXPO Solar, you will supervise the correct execution (physical and commissioning) of works to ensure the quality of our PV plants. Reporting to the Team Leader Construction, your main responsibilities will include: Leading, planning, controlling, and coordinating all activities during construction. Ensuring compliance with HSEQ policies on site. Acting as the primary contact between the company, subcontractors, and third parties. Managing the delivery of equipment to the site. Verifying that works comply with local, national, and international regulations. Participating in establishing detailed material lists for the site (if needed). Preparing weekly reports on construction progress, inventory, HSEQ, machinery, etc. Overseeing the commissioning of infrastructures. Approving contractor and subcontractor work. Controlling service conformity at the end of construction. Ensuring tests, trials, and operations are conducted prior to acceptance, following Urbasolar QAP. Organizing and participating in on-site meetings. Contributing to process improvements and technical monitoring. Reporting hazards and risks identified during construction. PROFILE Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Fluent in Italian; English skills are a plus. Willingness to be on-site full-time and travel extensively. WHAT WE OFFER Company car for business use.
