Job Context Member of the local Opple Europe team Direct report to the Country Manager Italy Works closely with agencies in the region Your profile: Lighting knowledge Technical and commercial skills Well-balanced tactical and operational skills Customer-focused with a passion for excellent customer service Practical, hands-on mentality Clear verbal communication, including empathy and conciseness Persuasive sales skills and influencing ability Experience with Salesforce (nice to have) Experience with basic Microsoft programs like Excel and Word Fluent in English and Italian Personal Attributes Result-oriented with a drive to over-achieve Polished, analytical, engaging, with excellent interpersonal skills Hunter mentality Energetic and determined Self-starter with a desire to succeed High energy levels and enthusiasm Ability to execute Your responsibilities: Execute the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel Build coverage in the assigned region, supporting and monitoring agency work Develop a business case with the Country Manager and Head of Sales for regional expansion Find and develop new customers (installers, contractors, end users) Develop new projects and report in Salesforce Train agencies and customers in Italy Promote the BLE system and collaborate with agencies and HQ Gather market information and communicate with the marketing team Meet targets and budget Manage internal relationships across channels and departments Who are we?
